C. 1st-3rd century AD

A beautiful pair of gold droplet earrings each set with garnet and decorated with a fine ropework pattern to edge. It leads down to a drop of wire ending in a two glass beads.

Loops are slightly misshapen otherwise intact and in excellent condition with good detail. Would only be wearable with modern hoops.
