Early Medieval / Byzantine Bronze Archers Thumb Ring

A nice example of a late Byzantine-early Medieval/Islamic archers ring. Worn on the thumb to protect the skin when the bow string was drawn. Decorated with incised linear decoration.

Even dark brown patina with good clear detail.
