C. 332-30 BC – Ptolemaic Period

A faience amulet of the dwarf god Ptah or Pataikos, portrayed standing on a square base with hand clenched and arms resting by his side. There is a suspension loop to the back of the neck for suspension. Ptah is a deity worshipped as a creator god and patron of craftsmen.

Small chip to one hand and of typical style for period with earthy surface deposits.
