Beautiful ancient Egyptian restrung bracelet, consisting of a selection of faience beads of various shapes and colours. It features small flattened discs in red, yellow and green, with alternating vibrant blue faience tubular beads, typical of the New Kingdom period,

Faience is a glazed ceramic, produced from quartz or sand crystals mixed with other compounds. It produces vibrant colours and is finished with an alkaline glaze to surface. The Egyptians believe faience represents immortality and rebirth.

Restrung into a nice wearable bracelet with a modern silver plated screw clasp, and a nice selection of vibrant, ancient Egyptian beads.
