Greek South Italian Black-Glazed Terracotta Guttos Depicting Warrior
C. 4th century BC
A beautiful South Italian black-glazed guttos with a high angled spout and vertical ribs around the perimeter. The central discus on the top is decorated with a mounted warrior and the slain enemy laying on the ground beneath.
Small chip to base otherwise intact with super detail and an interesting piece.
