Medieval Pewter Pilgrim Badge of Hunting Horns

Item Description

C. 14th century

A pewter pilgrim badge of curved hunting horns, with mouthpiece on the right and an ornamented suspensory belt attached near each end, which crosses over to form a loop at the top. This is decorated with circular and dot motifs with original pin intact.

Intact and a nice example.
