C. 14th century

A pewter ring brooch with the frame composed of a fine ropework pattern decorated with six sets of six globules. It also features a free moving pin.

A nice example with good detail and original pin intact.

Provenance: Ex Graham Slater Collection, Cambridge. Collected between 1980’s-1990’s.
