A nice silver medieval annular ring decorated with three turrets, two to the band and one to the free-moving central pin.

These annular form brooches were used by both men and women, during the Medieval period and were very fashionable, with the buckle pinned at the neck as a fastener.

Intact with original pin.

Provenance: Graham Slater collection, Cambridge, collected in the 1980’s-1990’s.
