A Roman coarse terracotta bowl with a ribbed body and small footed, round base.
Although chipped with some earthy surface deposits it is intact.
Provenance: Deceased Estate of an East Anglian school teacher who later retired to the Isle of Wight. A keen collector and antiquarian who amassed a collection between the 1960’s-1980’s.
