Roman North African Terracotta Oil Lamp
Item Description
C. 3rd-4th century AD
An interesting Roman North African oil lamp, depicting two figures trying to control a bull and a third figure standing in front of the bull on the right. It has a short canal nozzle with decoration to shoulders of faint scrolls and waves.
Intact with good detail and some light earthy surface deposits.
