A beautiful example of a chalcedony stamp seal decorated with the god Nabu standing in front of an altar or podium. Nabu was a patron of writing and a Mesopotamian scribe god as well as the god of wisdom. Complete with suspension hole through the centre.

Small nick to edge and suspension hole with some light earthy surface deposits, otherwise intact and well cut with super detail.
