ROMAN BRONZE CROSSBOW BROOCH

C. 3rd-4th century AD
A nice example of a bronze crossbow brooch with incised linear and ribbed decoration running along the high arched bow; with a knob at the end of each wing and at the head of the brooch. The rectangular footplate also has incised decorated.
Patchy green patina with super detail and complete with pin.
