Item Description
C. 2nd century AD
The point at one end of the stylus was used for inscribing on a wax filled recess in a block of wood; while the other flat end was used for erasing mistakes made by smoothing out the wax.
Intact with some slightly chipped, uneven surfaces, and a nice green patina.
