Roman Bronze Equal-Ended Enamelled Brooch
C. 2nd Century AD
A nice example of a Roman bronze equal-ended brooch, composed of a flat, central enamelled lozenge shaped panel, with zoomorphic terminals at either end. The lozenge plate is inlaid with orange, red and blue enamel, with nice carvings to terminals.
Although pin is missing, it has some traces of enamel with nice detail to terminals.
