C. 1782-1570 BC – Second Intermediate

An Egyptian steatite scarab with incised detail to back and hieroglyphs to base which include: a wickerwork basket, Horus as falcon/ bird and other various hieroglyphs.

Good clear detail with nice colour and in good condition.

Provenance: Ex London Collection, 1990’s.
